Customer Service Doesn’t Exist
Probably one of the worst places for customer service. Bought a faulty X5 in January. Had an issue where it would judder on full lock and hesitate when accelerating. Took it to their “mechanic” (that term used extremely loosely). He said it was down to needing 4 new tyres. I agreed, skeptically as I had already had a diagnosis carried out and it definitely wasn’t the tyres. Next day arrived, no new tyres but the issue was “fixed”. On my 35 mile journey home the issue was more noticeable than ever. Called the garage and made contact with Audenshaws, neither understood what it could be. I, at this point, was well aware what the issue was and had told the mechanic several times. I had informed Audenshaws of the issue too. After that, no contact whatsoever. Have sent several email, texts, tried calling. This car was sold to me with a faulty transfer case. The fault still exists now. But they do not respond to me at all. I would definitely NOT recommend this dealership, they have their eyes set on one thing and it most definitely ISN’T customer service! 💷💷💷💷 Avoid at all costs!!
