***AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE*** If you are thinking of purchasing a car from this company and are just checking through reviews for some piece of mind then STOP HERE AND PURCHASE A CAR ELSEWHERE!! They are the most dishonest, unprofessional and untrustworthy individuals you could ever consider buying a car from. I would hate anybody to go through the absolute headache I am currently going through, the attitude of their after sale staff is appalling. I recently purchased a car from this establishment and on my journey home the engine management light appeared. After talking to a member of staff about this issue I was requested to take the car for a diagnostic report and they promised I would be reimbursed for this cost and also that they would pay for any work needed to be carried out.....guess what? First of a long list of lies and false promises. The diagnostic report revealed that the turbocharger was faulty and needed replacement at a cost of over £1,400 and that any extensive use of the car could possibly lead to an engine failure. On recontacting them they advised myself that they would only reimburse 60% of the cost of rectifying the faulty car that they sold me. They lied in their advert with regards to number of former keepers, the service record does not tally with MOT history with regards to date/mileage and also they advertised the vehicle with 2 keys when there was only 1 key, they claim to put all their cars through a 114 point pre sale inspection but evidently this is just a sales scam as a quick check by myself has revealed an outstanding safety recall, money obviously means more to them than their customers safety. Unfortunately due to their incompetence I have now had to contact my solicitors to authorise legal proceedings.
