Such a great experience from the guys at Five Oaks Audi. I purchased a beautiful Manhattan Grey AUDI Q5 via their Click & Collect service. Being that I had previously been misled by other dealerships while looking for my new car, naturally I was very apprehensive about buying something I could not see in person due to Covid restrictions. But nether the less, Stewart at Five Oaks was very honest and clear with me throughout the whole process. He sent me a very clear detailed video of the car and gave me all the information I required prior to collection. I will be honest, I am probably the fussiest person when it comes to buying things as I am so particular in what I’m looking for. But when I arrived I was over the moon to see that the car was exactly as it was described to me.
