Not recommended Very Deceitful Company
Bought a BMW X5 in June 2020- very pleasant to start with but it appears that I was lied to about a minor fault (air vent). Made lots of Covid excuses for poor contacts, I should have realized when the warranty and AA paperwork was never sent and No return contact after promising to rectify. After taking it to BMW main dealer problem is a major issue costing £1000's to resolve. Not a mechanical issue but Computer controllers... Not happy with lack of communication and promises to resolve. Contact number went through to someone in India at one point!!?? Now number not working looks like they gone bust or something??
