The car I purchased from Blue Motors was a category c write off, it was listed on their site as HPI clear. There was no tow bar as they claimed, no LPG paperwork but website claimed a certificate would be provided. The warranty I took out cost £300 for was void as they don't cover cars that are cat c. I am not happy and do not recommend Blue Motors in Liverpool.
