Avoid like covid

Avoid this company like Covid Came to end of lease , had vehicle checked , v minor issues. Car collected two weeks later in March 2020. Then subsequently received a bill for the agreed issues plus £2500 for losses incurred due to no service history. This was never mentioned at inspection or collection. The car had been serviced correctly however as is normal practice the service history was held at main dealers not in the car . The main dealers along with most of the country were closed due to covid. We have since provided evidence and despite numerous complaints they are taking us to court which we will be challenging. They may think they have won the battle but they wont win the war and I will personally ensure if we have to pay this money that this will cost will cost them 10x that amount in future.
