Terrible. Avoid at all costs

Do NOT use this dealership. They sold my mother a car that after only 4 days broke down with a broken head gasket and had to have the car towed. They did offer her £130 towards cost of the tow (as her breakdown cover would not cover her so close to home) but who in their right mind expects to have to have a car towed 4 days after purchase?! After some persuasion they took the car back to "repair" and claimed it was only a split pipe. My mother did not continue to drive the car, it has sat on her driveway pretty much since she bought it as she was too nervous to drive it due to it overheating and not starting. Initially the owner was apologetic and friendly, but since we have discovered that the head gasket has gone (which it must have ben sold to her as so) they now completely ignore all correspondence and will not return calls. Truly awful service and upsetting to have effectively stolen my mothers money for a car that is not useable and she cannot afford to have repaired.
