Bad advice given on a fault by phone after a recall that turned out to have very dangerous results on my wife's car. Total lack of interest post this, with me having to almost force the car on them to rectify the problem. No feedback at any point in the 2-3 week process. After giving up with the head of service despite a number of left messages, i went to Ford direct and at least got decent response, though they struggled to get info out of the service dept. The irony of course, is that Ford owns TrustFord. This is not a C-19/lockdown thing; it is complete disregard for the customer. My advice would be to avoid this garage.
