Great service - above & beyond expected

We bought out second hand Skoda off Jean-Pierre in mid September. Six weeks after the purchase the engine light came on and we were told by our local Skoda dealer that the turbo charger needed replacing at a cost of £1800 (+VAT)! Our first instinct was to call Luke who kindly talked to the mechanic and then offered to source a reconditioned turbo charger for us and wave the labour costs which was less than 1/3 of the price quoted by our local dealer. Luke is definitely 'one of the good guys' and were we to look for another car - Jean-Pierre would be the first place we'd look. Absolutely outstanding customer service and people. Thanks Jean-Pierre!
