Terrible customer service from day one. The van went into limp mode on the first day of having it and was a nightmare ever since. Took a total of 3 months to finally get my money back as multiple garages couldn't fix it. Terry was rude the whole way through swearing down the phone to me and even tried passing the blame onto me. I was unable to work and not once did he offer me a courtesy van or even apologise!! Absolute joke of a firm!! Please do yourself a favour and look elsewhere.
