Amazing service, fabulous car

Verify review Excellent customer Service, fab new car By Helen F | 21 Nov 2020 Purchased a car from Fahim and within days had a problem with the brakes. I didn't have any confidence after the first incident and as the problem was intermittent was afraid to drive my new car. At first my husband thought it was my driving! so although we reported the incident to Fahim we took the car to our garage who couldn't find the problem (it was intermittent) a few weeks later it happened again (to my husband this time - so much for my bad driving) so we took it back to our garage who said it had a serious problem with the brakes. Rang Fahim not expecting much due to being out of the 30 day period and also some other reviews and were pleasantly surprised. Fahim said he would find the problem or we could have a refund. Pleased to say the problem was found and repaired and we've had the car a few months now and it's brilliant. Can't fault the service we've had and recommend Globe car sales. Thank you so much for being so easy to deal with and all your help
