Very disappointed by the service all round . Not only ignored when I came to see a car as arranged but also no contact at all from the representative after he took my own car for a test drive but would not allow me to test the car I was interested in. Clearly more interested in dealing with another party. Then promised to get back to me with a valuation on my own car and have heard nothing back in almost a fortnight. Rep didn't even take my name and I'm sure took the number down incorrectly even though I said it twice. Complacent is not the word and I must confess I do feel rude. I certainly will not be using them
