A very disappointing experience
A very disappointing experience. I brought an Audi S6 at the end of August I travelled up from the South around a 4 hour drive on the strength that everything was sorted and it wasn't. I then had to wait several hours before I could drive the car away. To be fair to the garage they offered to pay for meal out to the value of £150 and stayed true to there word after a little chasing. I just paid £45,000 for a car and I can't connect to the app because I don't have a code. Salesman has promised but lied through his teeth to avoid sending this on its now mid November still no code even thou he said he had it weeks ago. I have finally given in and brought it through my local audi dealer it took 3 days to arrive. I won't buy another car from that dealer franchise and I doubt I'll buy another Audi. And all because of £63. Now I have the worry of an additional security code out there for my car.
