Renault in Birmingham were FANTASTIC!!! My advice is to ignore all the negative reviews and see for yourself. I took my Vehicle in for Service and MOT and by the off chance I asked if a courtesy car was available thinking I had no chance of getting one at such short notice. Not only did they give me a courtesy car at short notice they gave it me for free. They gave me a run down on what they had planned whilst the vehicle was in and they explained to me about this video they do and send to you so you can see if they have identified anything on the vehicle that's not within specification. They text me when the car was in the workshop so I new it was being started, they Informed me that the MOT had passed straight away. They rang me when the car was finished and it was hours before the time we agreed so I had chance to get my car earlier. When collecting the car they new who I was straight away, I new they paid attention when I dropped the car off and they offered me drinks whilst they went through the work that was carried out. I felt completely satisfied and happy with the whole process. They walked me to the car and gave me a call a few days later asking if everything was ok with the car and the service they provided. What more can you ask for really. You see so many negative reviews but that's because someone always finds time to complain and never really make time to praise the hard work the service staff do. If you go by what all the negative people are saying then that's just shallow. Visit Renault Birmingham yourself and make your own mind up.
