I purchased a car off Q1they are very pushy sales persons nothing wrong with car .i was told the user manual would be in car.it was not there. Called them they said there was not one with the car . so i went on eBay looking for one .found one and ordered it, and yes you guest it it was off Q1 same Garage who i got he car off . apparently this is something they do on a regular basses .its a profitable side line .do the boss's know this goes on who knows . also don't buy the extended service programme they will be very pushy to get you to take this out .tell them you can get it cheaper they will drop the price . also the car wasn't clean
