AVOID. They ignore when things go wrong!

Service was fine - only issue was not being able to even test drive a car if I hadn’t agreed to go through with the sale. The guys were actually helpful and nice... however! Realised a few months down the line that I hadn’t received a log book and wasn’t given the new keeper slip either as promised. I realised this because I was pulled over by the police in a very embarrassing incident where they thought I was driving a stolen car because it was still registered to the dealer. On top of this I had no tax because the reminder hadn’t come to me obviously. When I tried relentlessly to contact them by phone with no answer, I emailed them. Got one response saying phones weren’t working properly (for days and weeks?) and asked how they could help. I responded to state what had happened and asked what they intended to do because I was not being forced to pay for a new log book etc.... NOTHING. Have emailed them four times since and they just ignore. Will be turning up there soon if I don’t get any answer. Seems they do this frequently based off of other reviews!
