Awful service AVOID

Car went in for MOT and service, Evesham. Passed MOT but car came out of station with non working headlight. I paid £22 for bulb. Engineer then dropped it inside the headlight unit. They couldn't repair same day and when I picked up 2 days later they had not fixed the inner wheel arch correctly. Member of the team came out to look and claimed they had not touched the inner wing, when I challenged she said the guy had a problem with rusty screw. The bumper had to be removed to get headlight unit out. The team member decided I needed to be put in my place and approached me too close during these Covid times and I decided to leave rather than argue further. They no longer wash the car either after service. Apparently this was all my fault, I damaged the bulb, I damaged the inner wing. I failed to wash the car. I was argumentative
