We purchased this car online before viewing due to the current climate. Paul at Deben Motors instilled us with enough confidence to do this and answered all our phoned in questions with professionalism and an incredible knowledge of the vehicle. We drove a very long way to pick up this car and had the best result possible, the GTI looked like it had just rolled out of the factory, immaculate and the photos we had seen did not do it justice. Absolutely overjoyed with both the car and the service we received at Deben, Paul had gone out of his way to make sure the car had everything we needed, from additional summer car mats to connection leads, they even made sure there was enough fuel in the vehicle to get us home.
