Aftersales Service not acceptable

Cars of Kinson (COK) read the reviews before purchasing, I wish I had. Initial experience was good, Adam is a salesman with the salesman's patter, nothing wrong there it's what you expect when shopping for cars. The issue came as seems to be the norm with the after sales service. As with purchases of this nature you can get issues but as long as they are address correctly it's not a major problem. We purchased a 12 plate Audi Q3, sensible miles good condition. After 5 days I informed COK that we had a few issues, these were the alarm going off for no reason, Satnav reported no files, intermittent wipers not working and stops start technology also not working. We were asked to take the car to a garage the other side of Bournemouth which we did the night before it was due to be looked at but there was nowhere to leave it that wasn't double yellows so we rearranged to take it back to COK later that week. We were told that they would look at the faults but would be repair the stop start technology as that was "expensive and needed a new Battery" they were told that this was not acceptable. When we got the car back they had fixed the alarm and the satnav, but told us that there was nothing wrong with the wipers and they were not doing the battery. The day after it was returned I contacted them reference the wipers, £7k for a car whose wipers don't work is not acceptable, their reply was: "As previously stated when we had the Q3 in for repairs for the SATNAV etc - the auto electrician couldn't find a fault with the wipers, it was suggested perhaps you should ask Audi and see what they say about the wipers because there were no codes or faults stored on the vehicle when being plugged into a diagnostic machine. Audi/VW use a more advanced software called VAGCOM/VCDS that is specifically designed for their vehicles only and thus can find out a lot more information than any other diagnostic tool. I personally recommend Mastertech in Poole, they're Audi specialists who have decades of experience dealing with these cars and its where I take my A5 if it ever needs anything. When they receive reviews like this they always state that they have done all they could to fix issues, to this I say, you should have taken my Audi to mastertech like you do yours.
