Struggle getting deposit back
Initially polite and helpful, but when I decided not to buy they tried to pressure me into making the purchase (oddly by repeatedly telling me there was no pressure, whilst two salesmen stood over me as I sat in the showroom on a plastic chair well away from any furniture - quite intimidating). I’d paid a £200 credit card deposit to reserve the car, but after 5 phone calls and 3 emails over the last month have not been able to get money back. I would strongly recommend a high level of caution if you feel the need to use this dealer.
