Unprofessional service

Appalling service. I seldom write a review because I seldom encounter such terrible service. The salesperson (don't want to name and shame) is not interested in accommodating what you want but only give you the info of what they want to sell. You won't be able to make an informed choice with them. Took me more than half a month to receive their rude email reply only to tell me that they won't be able to give me a quote. Honestly, what kind of salesperson can't give the customer a quote? My conclusion is that, if you want to feel unvalued, unwelcomed and has to beg the salesperson to sell you a car, go to them.
