My Porsche experience

Having committed and Purchased (or so i thought) a Porsche 911 from Porsche Specialist Cars of Malton, to my Horror, i find that the car i had paid a huge deposit on Wasn't actually owned by them, but was a Brokered sale/Sale or return car from its actual owner. Surprise Surprise, the Garage Ceased Trading, I lost all my Money and the Original Owner is still fighting to get his car back. This led me to being out of pocket and without my dream car...! After scouring the internet, I found what I was looking for, but miles away, suffice to say after some serious homework on my part, on the car and the seller, I felt happy to look at Porsche at Southcott's. Clearly knowledgeable of Porsche and Obsessive with their detail, the icing on the cake for me, was they put their money where their mouth is, THEY OWN THE CARS...! What a relief, this reduced my risk by half. And with them being SO diligent in spending their money, nothing was too much trouble. My Choice in 911 was properly prepared to Porsche Standards by genuine Porsche trained staff at SCS in Honiton. And not only that.... it came supplied not with a slick talking salesman's word and a stamp in a service book, but with actual invoices to demonstrate what work was carried out and in detail. My Buying experience was excellent, my Ownership experience has been faultless. My advice to anyone would be, don't be blinded by flash, as I was with Specialist Cars of Malton selling other people's cars, the risk is too high, especially when there are small genuine family run businesses like Southcott's out there. I'm thankful too them for safeguarding me and my spend, and doing everything to ensure my Porsche experience was awesome. ANYONE LOOKING TO BUY HIGH VALUE ITEMS-DO YOUR HOMEWORK FIRST-DONT GET CAUGHT AS I DID.
