Absolutely terrible

I booked by car in for a MOT at 2pm. I dropped it off at 1:45. To then having to phone for an update at 4:45pm. To be told what was wrong. Was told all the mechanics had left for the day. I then wait till the next day. Phone up at 1:30 and asked when it will be ready for pick up. To be told it hasn’t been looked at since the previous day. I asked what time I could pick my car up and was told ‘come at 4pm’ I arrived at 4:10 and they had JUST started to change my tyre. Never again will I be taking my car to this branch. And they also lied saying they cleaned and hoovered my car. Which they did not. Don’t go to this place
