poor after sales

I wasn't happy with the after sales service at all. The air con wasn't working and I presumed it just needed regassing, turns out it was a broken pipe and when I contacted the dealer they told me it wasn't covered. They offered to go halves with me on a 'gold' warranty which would cover it, turns out the gold warranty didn't cover it and I had to pay out for the repairs myself as well as a useless warranty which they sold me under false pretenses. This was all after having the car for a week.
