Very disappointed

I purchased a car for my Grandson last October but due to Covid19 he only past his test last month and has done less than 3,000 miles since the purchase The screen on his Polo has gone blank and I asked the sales man who sold it to us if they would have a quick look at the car and see whether it was a quick fix or not but all I keep getting is it’s out of the manufacturers guaranteed so I can book it in if you want me too. I only purchased it 13 months ago and like I said it has hardly been driven due to Covid19 so I’m very disappointed in the Salesman’s attitude and will not be purchasing another vehicle of this company all they are bothered about is selling cars not looking after potential future customers.
