I bought a car from here on 16th September. Whilst driving it home from the garage, it was making a noise, so I let them know that same day. I was told to take it to a local garage. The local garage told me it was a problem with the clutch, it should not be driven and needs to go back to the dealer. The dealership wanted me to pay for the delivery of my vehicle back to them... After some pursuasion, they reluctantly agreed to pay for the delivery. (at this point, I had already been without a car for 2 weeks). I asked for a hire car and they refused, despite me relying on this car to run my business. (I only asked for a hire car for 1 week, not the three weeks that I had been without a car) Fast forward to today 10th November, it has just arrived back. They completed the work, but I felt like a hidnrence to them at all times.
