Poor customer service - very unhelpful!
Called to ask a few questions before driving 100 miles to view the car. Each response was 'refer to internet for the answer'. Somehow I prefer speaking to a person than a computer. What if you needed to discuss an after purchase issue - would be lovely to 'resolve that on the internet' ... NOT. Will spending my money elsewhere, seen as there are so many choices on the internet - thanks for the referral - just lost a prospective client!
