Recently purchased a used car for my son from SDM Mazda, Falkirk. Outstanding customer care and support from one of their senior sales staff (Davy). Very welcoming, approachable and helpful without being in your personal space or pushy. Great after sales support too. It means a lot to say you have a great experience these days, particularly when buying a second hand car; but my wife and I were so impressed with Davy that we will be looking at a new Mazda when we replace our current car and will be contacting Davy personally.
