Terrible. Engine fell out on M4

Driving along the M4 and the subframe that had been badly welded back together snapped and engine fell on floor. I was nearly killed. Motorway had to be shut as it was raining, and oil everywhere. Scammers. When I phoned, the bloke laughed hysterically.
