Poor service and communication

We purchased a car from AC and were informed that an MOT would be included in the price, only to discover that we had then been charged for it. We then took our car to be serviced in A place we do not know and had to wait around for 5 hours when we were then informed by text that our car was ready and had been cleaned. When we got our car back it had not been cleaned. I informed the receptionist of this and she told me it had. I showed her it had not and she told me to wait by the service entrance and someone would meet us - they never came. We were so fed up of waiting around that we just drove off. I disinfected the target points myself before we drove off in our dirty car. It is a real shame because in the past (at other AC garages) we have had a good experience - definitely not here !!!!!!!!!
