Bought Car but WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!

Have bought many cars from main dealers but by far this has been the worst experience ever. I only pursued with the purchase of my new vehicle because the car I purchased was the model I was after and was in the right price bracket. It took almost a month to get the car from putting down the deposit. An appointment was booked to collect the car but was on a bank holiday!!!! The warranty is 10 days behind from the day of purchase and after many attempts, this has not been rectified so I need to email head office now to get this rectified. Overall the service has been completely dissatisfactory and will never recommend Berry BMW Chiswick. This is a brief version of the overall sales process. 1st month of owning the car, the car went into my local BMW branch for repairs 3 times. If anyone is actually bothered about this feedback and wants to hear the overall feedback process, please respond to this and we can arrange for a call.
