Mis sold a particular model which I cancelled within days, car had not even left the showroom. Car had no logbook and was de badged so took salesmans word this was the particular model I asked for. On entering registration to sort out insurance was when i discovered it wasn't the model i had asked for. Took nearly 6 weeks and start of court action to get my money back. Communication from them on the phone and by email was rude, threatening to delay payment and make us incur costs before they would refund money. Disgusting way to treat customers
