Wrong colour

I ordered a Dacia Sandero Stepway Comfort in Azurite Blue. When I picked it up, it was the wrong colour i.e. Iron Blue. I told the dealer straight away and he told me I was wrong! I spoke to the Sales Manager, and she said the same thing, but they didn't have a colour chart to refer to! I felt very upset and frustrated and have taken the case to the Ombudsman. They did nothing to help me sort out the problem. They just wanted to get rid of me as soon as possible.
