DO NOT USE Harpenden Vans or fleet sales. Complete nightmare. Sold my van in Part ex. They did not change the ownership or register it into the trade. This resulted in two speeding tickets. The second I cant get rid off and as I didn't confirm I sold the vehicle to DVLA I am responsible. They lied on the phone about what they used the van for. Hiring it out while in my ownership. They didn't even respond to a written complaint I emailed them 😡. Go direct to Bristol Street Motors and save all the hassle I have received.
