Disappointing Experience
I will remain factual: 1) Benedicts offered £500 for my part exchange vehicle albeit I received £1500 from We Buy Any Car. 2) Purchased vehicle for £12,000, requiring in excess of £3,000 to be spent on new brakes, tyres, temperature sensor, suspension and joints. 3) It was discovered that the vehicle had been sold to me with an odd incorrectly sized front wheel resulting in steering issues. This took a month to resolve with Benedicts insisting that I funded the replacement wheel and returned the incorrect wheel to them, quoting that their priority was the return of the wheel - whilst the cost was refunded to me, the vehicle was sold to me with a fundamental fault, regrettably the priority was not customer service. My advice is to have any prospective purchase thoroughly checked by a mechanic.
