Poor service

Service and mot £99. Worst experience of my 16 year driving life. Bunch of crooks and cowboys. Spoken to a few neighbours who have said AVS worst garage around and everyone in March know not to use them. Rude little chubby guy in reception becomes rude and irate for no reason causing unnecessary tension. Brought my car in with new brakes and bulbs and said the car will fail mot and parts are in passenger seat. I get a call a few hours later to say car failed mot due to the light. Hold up - I already said it will and gave instruction for it to be resolved. Then to be told just come get your car im not interested we do mot first, I'm not going to fix it. The garage chopped out my vehicles bulb holder and failed its mot. They damaged my car further and refusing to rectify. Can't p everyone off and not expect someone to bark back, I'm the wrong "con" and will not let this lie. You can't treat customers like this and get away with it. I've heard the stories of adultery, scraping peoples cars and covering the marks with emulsion pain, selling dangerous unroadworthy vehicles and all sorts. So many people willing to speak up about their experiences at AVS but all of it magically dissapears with multiple review sites as the owner thinks he is a computer whiz creating multiple new accounts and self reviewing. How a business like this has remained to stay in business is beyond me. I will ensure every Tom, D and Harry knows how unprofessional you are. Everytime a review gets deleted another will be posted. I won't bother with the hassle of small claims court and instead take satisfaction from knowing that everyday there will be some part of me affecting your life and business.
