WE traded in our two cars and bought two cars on the same day from Martlesham Car Centre. One for us and another for our daughter. All very nice and obliging at this stage when your buying. However the car we picked for ourselves had problems within 4 days. We telephoned Martlesham Car Centre and spoke to the same salesman and agreed that we could change the car to another in their stock that was approximately £1,000 more expensive. We went back to change the car but when we was there Martlesham Car Centre suddenly wanted an extra £1,500 and would not take our offer of £1,200. All the nice smiles and chat had gone, we asked for our trading car back, but their words were, "were not going to un stitch the deal" (presumably meaning we were stitched up to start with ) very cold and a typical used car dealer. They say they have a 7 day no quibble return policy, don't believe it, we went back after 4 days, they lie on this fact, beware. We are now in the process of trying to sell this car, as we are not happy with it at all. I do not recommend Martlesham Car Centre.
