Be careful when buying from this used car dealer. We bought a vehicle in December 2014 and the vehicle was provided with a 'platinum' 6 month warranty. We had a breakdown after around 4 months of owning the vehicle and realised that we hadn't been provided with any warranty paperwork. Therefore we contacted the seller, Lorna at Car Angels in Poole. After a great deal of bluffery (i.e. being told that the breakdown was because of a part not covered by the warranty etc) it became apparent that no warranty cover had been arranged. They sell you a car on the promise of it having a 6 month 'no quibble' warranty, I suspect because of what happened to me that they pocket the cash that has been added to the sale value and keep their fingers crossed that nothing goes wrong in the ensuing 6 months. If something DOES go wrong, they will try as hard as they can to ensure that they pay for as little as possible. This is not the way to do business. The way that Car Angels dealt with me is in my opinion an awful example of everything that is wrong with the used car trade and adds to the poor reputation the trade suffers. USE A MORE REPUTABLE COMPANY AND NOT CAR ANGELS IN POOLE.
