Purchase of Honda CRV EX Model Oct 2020

On making contact with Gary at Yeomans Honda in Guildford he was very accomodating and offered me three vehicles to view and test drive a few days later. From the time of the call to the time of my appointment I was supplied with the details of these three vehicles which fitted my requirements. However on arrival I was only expecting to see one of those vehicles as the other two had sold. However, things changed and I had the choice of two vehicles. I was treated very courteously and was guided through the process Gary did what he could in these difficult times and on arrival to carry out the changeover Yeomans Honda had gone the full mile to ensure the vehicle was clean and the points I wanted sorted had been done. I am very happy with the service I received from Gary and younger sales advisors could learn alot from a man with so much experience in the car trade. We now have two vehicles on the drive which were both purchased from Yeomans at Guildford. There will be one final test and that is to see if the boot remote opening can be sorted as it is not functioning. Well done Gary Fenwick and thanks Regards Tony
