We bought a Polo beginning of Oct 2020 and explained that we needed a car immediately as our car 'died' and our son needed it to get to work. The following day the heater system failed and we contacted the garage; he said their mechanic was on leave for a week and a half so we agreed we would take it to the garage. He was willing on first discussion that his mechanic would fix the car so no cost to us, but when we called to eplain what the garage had to do and the cost; he said why would he pay for it when he has his own mechanic. He did not offer a replacement car knowing full well we needed a car and refused to pay the £190 it cost us and we chose the cheapest option.
