I just bought a mini from Stephen James at Ruxley, and dealt with Ian from start to finish. He was very helpful, professional, knowledge and friendly, and made the whole process so easy. I would certainly recommend Ian and his colleagues to anyone looking to but a new car. I work in sales myself, and found his approach struck just the right balance without being pushy at all.
