hann review of Direct Cars Edinburgh

Bought a Ford Mondeo 04 reg from Direct Cars Edinburgh. We needed a reliable car as my 3 years old son recently got diagnosed with Cancer and we are strongly advised by the doctors to stay away from public transport. Mandy Singh or Manmohan Singh knew the situation and I despite this sold us a faulty car all the same. Problem started from very first day of the purchase and Mandy done little to acknowledge the problem. Eventually got the car in his garage with a bill of £120 to sort the problem out (this all felt very suspicious in my mind). But despite the fact the problem was meant to have been fixed the problem persisted. Took the car back to him again and this time I wanted to see his garage but he insisted to take the car to his home address where he operates his business from. he kept the car for two days and returned the car to us with problem still there. Today car wouldn't even start, so we got AA to start the car for us but AA mechanic advised that car has too many problems along with a faulty battery and gave us a report with the faults. I tried calling Mandy but he ignored me. I phoned from different phone number he answered but he was in a temple and could not talk to me. Mandy doesn't want to know us and we are out of pocket at a time when we need every penny we have. Just to add that car has took 36 litres of engine oil in 6 weeks and has done less than 2000 miles. I sent him a text message that I will contact Trading Standards and Watchdog but no response or a tiny bit of compassion. Of course he has seen this type of messages before but I will contact trading standards and watchdog 100 percent. You have been warned to stay away from Direct Cars Edinburgh (Mandy Singh/Manmohan Singh.
