No parking no one on reception

I booked my wife's BMW in between 9.30 ans 9.45 this morning only to find no parking spaces at the dealership. I thought the point of doing this was so that it was a slick service, I had to drive around for 15 minutes and eventually I dumped the car on a yellow line, not acceptable. Also when I entered the showroom there were no signs to say service was at the back of the showroom and no one was on reception. I would expect this type of service form quick fit or halfords but not BMW. No signs around the service area to say wait here and an older chap and his wife that came in behind me also complained about the parking and were left standing without a hello do you mind waiting for a moment. Very disappointed in the service I have received, your only saving grace was that I was offered a coffee while waiting to be picked up.
