Poor customer service, rude staff!

we had a really bad experience at Johnsons Honda Slough and would recommend to avoid this dealership. staff are very rude and arorgant and behave like cowboys. we were quoted one price for servicing a honda civic car but once we left the car at the dealership, they called and inflated the price by 150%. rest assured, they wont honour their quoted prices. the manager also wanted me to confirm and agree that if anything were to happen to the car during the service, they wont take any responsibility for their own brand cars. imagine you buying a car from them and having to deal with these cowboys for years for servicing your car. genuine and honest advice is to take your custom elsewhere and avoid them at all cost.
