I contacted Mercedes Tamworth as a cash buyer, interested in purchasing a nearly new S-Class. I received a call back the following day from someone who spoke quickly and incoherently, but I did make out that his Sales' Manager was on the case and would be in touch in the next day or so with some options. I then heard nothing until I received a phone call exactly one month later asking whether I was still interested in purchasing a vehicle - by which time I had sourced one elsewhere. This dealership is obviously incapable of doing business.
