6 times to fix a fault - gave up

For 4 months I’ve tried to have a problem fixed and the car has been seen 6 times by them. Had a grinding noise driver side wheel and tyre dash light on. They ‘filed a brake disc’ and the noise was still there so I took it back and they acted like I was telling porkies. Lo and behold, the dash light came on again and suddenly they found a problem. They ‘fixed this’ and the dash light came on again. I was at my wits end and contacted the manager Steven. 3 times after that it went in again, same issue. Long story short, I expressed I was worried if my brakes got replaced it wouldn’t fix the problem. They said I’d be reimbursed if it didn’t. I’m sitting with the car dash light on again and no refund funnily enough, and all the manager can say is in 4 years they haven’t lost a customer - cool, that’s great, thanks. 🤷‍♂️ Kia customer care team are just as nonchalant as the dealership. They don’t care. Wouldn’t touch either Parks or Kia with a barge pole.
