Good sales experience; poor after sales

Sales team were great - helpful, friendly and proactive. However, poor after sales though - difficult to get hold off (have to ring multiple times to get them to answer) and expensive. I've moved my service to Oxford Land Rover which is noticeably cheaper. Whilst I recognise there are some additional considerations with COVID at the moment, the failure to provide pick up/drop off, courtesy car etc is poor for the price they want to charge.
