Don't Rely on the AA Dealer Promise

After continual air loss in tyres I had the rims checked for leaks. Tyre specialist found that the tyres, dated 2010 and 2015, displayed splitting and perishing - a safety hazard. Immediately replaced tyres with cheapest option. I sent photos of the splitting and perishing to Adrian of Reg's and requested a refund from Reg's Autos as I do not believe any customer would have bought this vehicle had they known of the issue and would have insisted the tyres be replaced. Adrian of Reg's is totally disinterested in my problem. I have followed this up through the AA and will be proceeding through the court to claim this money in terms of the Consumer Rights Act. Not a reputable dealer - beware.
