Never buy a car from them

Brought a car from them thinking it all was good. When I got my car delivered I never got the v5. They told me to pay for it and they would give my money back. Never happened I also asked to have the tracking done and the air con refilled never got done. After having the car for 3 months had to have a new battery and when I came to changing it the battery in it was the wrong size and they put books under it to lifted it up so they could strap it done. After a few more months I got it in a garage to be checked over as I wasn't happy and I was told that the car shouldn't of passed the way it was. I rang them god knows how many time and emailed them and they didn't answer or reply to my email. Dodge people who put people life's at resk
