New car

Bought a new car, when we finished paying the car was bought round wet and the sales man told us to drive off straight away to learn what the car did because he could not show us. When we got the car home it was knocked, there were scratches, we had to take the car back to be seen, they tried to get some of the marks out but the scratches needed to be re sprayed, can you believe it a brand new car. I had to go to there work shop knights north to get photos taken, then I had to go back again to drop the car off and pick up a hire car, I had to fund all the journeys and pay for patrilineal the hire car, can you believe it. Worst experience I have ever had, brand new car needing repairs, you would have thought they would have checked everything before we picked it up, but I got the impression they new the car was knocked and wanted me off site quick as, I did a bmw review but no one ever responded. If anyone thinks of buying from knight south insist on checking the car thoroughly, this is the worst buying of a new car we have ever experienced.
